What you'll do:
As a Flooring Technician at ServiceMaster Clean, you'll be responsible for maintaining and transforming floors into clean, professional spaces. Using ServiceMaster's tools and methods, you'll perform:
Daily floor care: Sweep, mop, polish and vacuum.
Carpet maintenance: Washing and cleaning stains.
Restoration of hard floors: Pickling, waxing and polishing.
Team support: Moving furniture and handling supplies.

Your work will have a direct impact, and we'll provide you with the training you need to master every aspect of floor care, from using equipment to identifying different types of surfaces.
What you need:
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 55 pounds during your shift.
Experience as a flooring technician is a plus, but it's not necessary—we've got you trained!
Teamwork attitude and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
